Venezuelan born, Berlin based producer Manao and forward thinking UK artist Tom Place combine on the collaborative ‘Vorticis’ EP, via La Bonne Musique. The impressive four tracker is rounded off by a remix by experimental club music producer and dj, alys(alys)alys of the title track. All profits from this release will be going to the PCRF – the primary humanitarian organisation in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. The idea behind Vorticis came from the concept of fusing elements of classic electro & dubstep. The concept of Vorticis was originally to see how a fusion of dubstep & electro sounds would work in a club environment. As the EP progressed they realised that it was more than just an experiment. They had carved out a new direction and were excited to share it with the world.
