After a promising debut release in 2019 on his own imprint Burnin Music Recordings, Pegasvs returns in 2020 with a track called “Mojo”.
The song is an hommage to the classic old school sound we like so much with a contemporary deep house twist. Sampling an obscure documentary on Detroit techno the track praises The Electrifyng Mojo: a mysterious radio presenter who shaped a generation of music-lovers in Detroit, throughout southeastern Michigan and Canada and was of importance to the development of Detroit techno.
The result is a 5 mins long journey, led by a deep bass, obsessive percussion sounds and a stomping kick, which take its listeners into a dark basement of Detroit City….
