Better known for his work as one half of production and live duo, Christian Tiger School, Luc Veermeer ventures into new sonic territories with his first solo EP and debut on City Bowl Wax Network. “Perspective” finds Veermeer exploring a nuanced and emotional lo-fi house sound, ripe and ready for the South African summer.
This 4 track EP showcases warm grooves and intimate pads, complemented by carefully crafted percussive intricacies. “Perspective” is rooted in a strong 90’s aesthetic, one that feels as nostalgic as it is timeless. Drawing influence from Hip Hop, Chicago house and Breakbeat, the EP also features a collaboration with past City Bowl contributor Ray Bennett.
