Following their smash album ‘PL’, and a scorching live show filmed for Movement Detroit widely cited as a lockdown highlight, Paranoid London return with a new EP, aptly titled ‘Annihilate The World & Start All Over’.
With their trademark acid lines conspicuously absent, this marks an unintentional but fruitful swerve of direction, on which the duo explain in typical no-nonsense fashion, “the 303 broke during lockdown, so we got on and did a record without it.”
A series of moods across four standout tracks range from Liaisons Dangereuses-inspired white noise percussion, to banging sine wave techno, euphoric festival destroyers and deep, warped k-hole vocal house.
