Following the release of his album earlier this year, Oma Nata returns to Discotexas with ‘Everything’.The title track leads the way with icy minimal drum grooves and droning bass line before the lead line arrives, looping effortlessly around the rolling foundations, progressing and evolving from beginning to end. ‘Sum Day’ then takes you deep into a smokey room, with reverb soaked chords and a muffled kick starting the show. Certainly a more laid back approach, it follows a similar story line to its predecessor, developing with additions of melodic stabs and chugging rhythms.
