Mycelium Syndicate, the Parisian-based label & collective, aims to create a bridge between Trance and Break genres, the whole of their work being brilliantly illustrated by the graphic artist Bybylei. Eclectic, always surprising and yet very coherent, they have achieved this improbable synthesis overall their label releases and parties.
In this 4th EP, the talented multidisciplinary artist Neptune B sends us in his cosmic landscape, skillfully linking both his trippy universe full of acid basslines, groovy broken beats and mysterious melodies, and a soft club dynamic closer to Progressive Trance and Tribal drums.
The EP ends with Vitaline’s remix of ‘Interdimensional Propulsion’. Vitaline may be a young producer, but she’s a very profilic and talented one, her uncountable productions go from Acid Broken Beats to Progressive Trance, but all in all her aim seems to be to mesmerize her listeners in a rich galactic universe. In this remix, her latest Latin Bass influences can be clearly felt in the way she seems to orient the track for a more club-like use.
