CRYME joins Jupiter’s Depths with Glitch Gala, a four-track EP following releases on Oddysee, HE.SHE.THEY. and Big Trouble Records. A heady dose of dub, supple house grooves and beautifully submerged techno. Thick, resinous chords, loose percussion and bass with a proper wobble. A humid, close-room feel to the groovier cuts; opulent, almost weightless dub on the more immersive material.
Blurred harmonics and tiny flickers of detail, with that slightly delirious warmth of a loop you could sit inside for hours. Closing out the B-side, CRYME links with Ben Reymann on ‘Zone 10’, a leaner, more forceful cut of stripped-back techno, taut drums and a grubby little groove.
