Having spent the last twenty-five years producing under the FBA moniker, this will be the first time Matthew Puffett has released under his own name. Having been a pivotal player in the early days of the British Techno scene, Puffett has spent the last decade based in Berlin, where he has continued to release music to critical acclaim.

Having experimented with ambient and soundtrack work on recent FBA releases, Lower The Anchor sees this side of Puffett’s production work come to the forefront for the first time. The idea is to digitally release a new track every four to six weeks, eventually collecting them into a physical compilation.

Leading here with the titled track ‘Lower The Anchor’ as single one, accompanied with the sleazy anthemic dub version.
