Born in Montpellier and now based in Paris, GOTIS has quickly established herself as a key figure in the French electronic scene, moving with finesse between deep grooves and underground sounds.

Drawing on influences from the UK club scene, GOTIS delivers a resolutely dancefloor-orientated production on Red Therapy, the 21st Monstart release. “RED THERAPY is an EP I produced quite innocently in my old apartment in Montpellier. Initially, I had no intention of releasing it; it was more of a personal project, a sonic exploration without any pressure or constraints. The tracks on this EP blend analog and digital elements, creating a bridge between two sonic worlds.”

This EP represents a solo leap into electronic production for GOTIS, after years of making rock music in a band. While it marks a new chapter in her career, electronic music has always been a passion. This transitional project signifies an important shift in her musical journey, allowing her to delve deeper into a style that has always intrigued her.
