For the second release on World of Worlds, we’re pleased to host one of the most iconic link-ups of Q2 2026: the debut EP Ride Me from notorious party-starters Bella Sarris & 131bpm.

Recorded over a vermouth-tinged weekend in 131bpm’s bedroom studio in Berlin, the tracks carve out a space in the post-prog landscape that escape rigid genre classification. What would the rekordbox tags be? X-rated? Tech House? Electro House? Cunty? Modern? Percussive? Robotic? Maybe all of the above..

A1 Let’s Ride fuses sultry vocal wisps with nasty effects, psychedelic stab licks, a crunchy electro bassline and bleepy low end, forming a self-assured arrangement that balances playful tension with dancefloor directness. On remix duties, Wigs leans into his fast-emerging signature sound, stripping the original back to its essentials and honing in on the groove. Delicate effects, steady percussion, and subtle bass weight are paired with his trademark dub sweeps, resulting in a versatile tool for any hour of the night.

On Do Me, the rhythmic prowess of Bella and 131bpm truly shines. Spangled FX hits, vocal chops and mechanical synth elements form the backbone, while monstrous subs slither beneath the bassline(s). Sidestepping genre norms once again, it’s the track’s gritty texture and broiling atmosphere that define it more than any neat classification.

For her Phantom Frequency version, Alírio raises the tempo and dubs it out into a relentless, tightly wound arrangement centred on a singular pulse, with the titular title motif looping over the low end. Percussion drifts in and out, molding the original into a seductive, high-impact club cut.

Label head Eoin DJ delivers a final take, twisting the B1 into a sleazed out rework. Blending modern sound design with a classic sensibility, the result is a nocturnal, weighty slice of house that nods to golden-era New York, East London electro, and everything in between while preserving the original’s elusive allure. Nicodemo returns to Alzaya Records with You Are Sleeping, a five-track EP investigating suspended perceptual states through a restrained sonic language rooted in leftfield house and dub-informed spatial construction.

Rather than following a conventional club structure, the record unfolds as a gradual modification of listening conditions. Time appears slightly extended, spatial references soften, and vocal fragments function less as narrative elements than as residual signals circulating within the mix.

The title track introduces the EP’s mood: a steady but understated rhythmic frame supporting displaced vocal presences and delayed harmonic responses. Echo Phase develops this approach further through layered reflections and recursive spatial treatment, while ‘Minor Haze’ reduces structural clarity in favour of tonal suspension and diffuse harmonic motion.

On the B-side, Domenico Rosa’s reinterpretation of ‘You Are Sleeping’ shifts the material toward a more explicitly club-oriented framework while preserving its perceptual instability, and Aldonna’s version of ‘Echo Phase’ treats the original as memory material and stretching and reframing its echoes into a more abstract temporal field.

Across the EP, rhythm remains present but never directive. Instead, the record proposes a listening environment in which orientation gradually loosens without collapsing entirely.

Kicking things off is Get A Grip — haunting pads, squelchy bass and rolling beats set the tone from the off. Next up, Listening Spa dives into robotic tech grooves making this pure heads-down, hip-shaking tackle.

On the label’s latest, Oath are proud to present ‘Times’, the latest morphological masterclass from Ukrainian producer extrodinaire Vakula, on which his boundless and intuitively captivating sound remains as absorbing as ever.

Vakula’s career has been defined by his ever-shifting, ever-meandering sound, one which is built upon a distinctive identity yet blends and merges into something different altogether with all the grace and purpose in the world. Drawing deeply from a rich palette of genres such as deep house, ambient, dub techno, and jazz, and feeding in inspirations from natural and philosophical spheres, Vakula’s musical ethos has allowed him to continuously explore the inner and outer reaches of his universal soundscape. By feeling things out through hardware, he allows his music to grow organically, blending humanistic tendencies with technological outputs that always bring harmonious musical riches to the surface. His work is known for its cavernous yet intimate sense of scale, along with a deep sense of introspection, evoking emotions from within that spread themselves out amongst the hypnotic synths and rhythms. His sound has been much celebrated over the years, and it is a musical journey that Vakula remains committed to furthering its capacities for new sensory experiences and melodic wonderment.

‘Times’ represents another seismic chapter in his story, one which contains a series of genre-defying blends that twist, turn, and enthrall with their ever-evolving beauty. ‘Atmos Time’ plays out as the EP opens up, and draws the listener close with a textured melodic chime and spaced out groove. The foreground contains much to dip and dive within, and via a shift transition, the gentle drums come into view. Floating along on a bed of cosmic ambience, the groove and melodic features cascade as one, drifting further through the layers of time and thought. ‘Break Time’ ups the urgency ever so slightly, with a similar atmosphere unraveling above an energised broken beat. The emotive haze in the backdrop seeps away at the halfway mark, as the track inverts upon itself and draws power from its core, swinging back into life with an arpeggio sent from the heavens above.

‘Drum Time’ brings in side B, and this one shifts perspective once more. The melodic sways up above merge and blend with the poly-rhythmic undertones, with the jungle-lite broken beat creating an enchanting energy. The track evolves through varying emotive phrases, each one chiming into life with the looping chord that acts as the track’s anchor – with such effectiveness, this one is golden. ‘Soul Time’ wraps things up, which moves into a distinctly ambient techno sort of realm. Dreamy pads and looping key lines intertwine amongst a captivating sea of mood and tone, as a laid-back beat shimmers underneath with poise and elegance. Vocal snippets add to the hazy atmosphere, calling out amongst the waves and clouds. A fitting end to a record filled with moments of tonal excellence, ever-shifting melodic feeling and rhythmic sequencing – an experience that forever drifts through the memory, always capturing the imagination….

An Avrin and Disaffected face off through the twists and turns of a UK underground grand prix in this fourth edition of the XS EP series.

An Avrin enters the race with ‘Swallow Hole’, a suitably revved-up cut that shows off the screwball producer’s talent for warped sound design. His 2023 breakout EP Backroom cemented his status as a rising force and continues to circulate across the underground, landing in the record bags of some of the scene’s most respected names, including OK Williams, Gabrielle Kwarteng, Reece Spooner, Fais Le Beau and Moody Mehran. Since then, his profile has grown internationally, with

debut appearances at Boiler Room, The Third Room, Gotec and Basement New York, alongside performances at Whole Festival and three Asia tours with stops at FAUST Seoul and Pillbox Beijing.

Alongside his solo work, CRYME holds ongoing residencies at Pornceptual and Amsterdam’s De Reünie, while also co founding SEVEN in 2024, a community led, queer and FLINTA focused imprint that has become a home for recent releases, including WCWS alongside ogtrues.

Let It Move You opens with its title track, a primetime cut built around an infectious vocal hook that threads through the track with hypnotic insistence. Syncopated drums and a weighty, rolling bassline drive it forward, locking into a groove that feels tailor-made for the dancefloor.

‘Since I Saw You’ shifts the mood inward, moving into a deeper, more introspective space. Warm, vintage-leaning keys and hazy, reverberated vocals evoke late-night missions – intimate, understated and emotionally resonant, with a softness that lends itself as much to solitary listening as it does to early-hours sets.

EP closer, ‘Organic Liquid Tester’ pushes into darker, more textural territory. Driven by fluid sound design and subtle rhythmic shifts, the track maintains a constant sense of motion, blurring the lines between house and techno to create something that feels both cerebral and physical.
