SEVEN A&R and co-founder CRYME joins the imprint’s new a.2aum sublabel with the ‘Nebulas Dream’ EP 14th August 2026, further exploring the atmospheric spaces between house, dub and tech. Known for bringing an intimate feeling to functional grooves, his productions are rooted in rhythm and depth, balancing full-body immersion with subtle emotion seen in an impressive run of recent releases on labels like Oddyssee, HE.SHE.THEY, Happiness Therapy, and many more.

Title track ‘Nebulas Dream’ leaves planet earth, carried by a moderate tempo, dubbed-out chords and lively, intriguing percussion elements. The bassline is built from deep toms that lock into the groove, creating a subtle 2-step feel. Bouncy, playful stepper ‘Astral Passages’ heads out of our solar system with classic, short-cut chord progressions meeting interesting drum structures. No unnecessary sounds, just well-designed tools with the right amount of depth. ‘Pluto’s Last Breath’ is packed with subtle nuances and lush sound design, heavily textured with white noise that lends a vintage feel, while percussive elements are drenched in big reverb, with snares processed through dub delay and delayed chords roaming in from far away. Closer ‘Winds Across Uranus’ reflects the planet’s atmosphere, where extreme winds can reach speeds of up to 900 km. With greater tension, this track evolves through the clever interplay of different synth sounds, carried by clear, precise drum patterns.

Bugslife sinks four transmissions deep into the canopy floor — where the bass thickens into sediment and instinct replaces intention. The undergrowth pulses with its own logic, something small and insistent threading through the rot, alive before it has a name.

A predatory slither runs through the closing stretch, stalking the low end through dense foliage until neither hunter nor hunted can tell the difference. Tropic Mud does not invite you in — it pulls you under, slowly, by the ankles.

Per Hammar returns to his own Dirty Hands imprint this August with the four-track ‘Ontario’ EP, once again showcasing his raw, robust and groove-led style.

Swedish producer and DJ Per Hammar has steadily carved out a reputation as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary underground electronic music. As the founder of the acclaimed Dirty Hands imprint, Hammar has built a platform synonymous with deep, groove-led and uncompromising club music, while other productions have found homes on some of the scene’s most respected labels including Sushitech, Kalahari Oyster Cult and Craigie Knowes. Here we see him returning to his own home and delivering stripped-back late-night tools, psychedelic excursions and deep, hypnotic dancefloor journeys, Hammar consistently balances functionality with personality, a quality that has established him as one of Europe’s most respected underground talents.

Title cut ‘Ontario’ leads with Per laying down crisp, crunchy drums alongside dubby bass tones, fluttering stab sequences and intricate modulations, all delicately ebbing and flowing throughout the composition. ‘Off Disk’ follows, fusing organic percussive elements with weighty sub-bass, shifting synth flourishes and bubbling, delayed melodies that steadily unfold across the groove.

On the flip side, ‘Oops All Sixes’ shifts into more acid-tinged House territory, built around a squelchy acid bass hook and saturated drums, while sporadic, expansive delays and hypnotic reverberations drift atop the track’s raw, loopy foundation. ‘Airex’ concludes the release by diving deeper, stripping things back to oscillating percussion, a snaking low-end pulse and airy chords.

Berlin-based producer ZentaSkai returns with ‘John’, a four-track vinyl-only EP focused on analog texture, dub-inflected atmospherics, and disciplined techno structure. Active since 1997 and operating Mask Records and its parent label, Zaijenroots, from his Berlin studio, he continues to refine a sound shaped by spatial control and steady, architectural pacing. Tracks unfold patiently, elements are introduced with intent, and nothing feels excessive.

Setting the tone with Cuddling Monsters’ partner, Laura Merino Allue, A1 features phased melodic textures and crisp percussion that gradually lock in the rhythm. A2 develops a filtered synth motif over a steady four-to-the-floor rhythm, revealing its full weight before pulling back. B1 is the most direct cut, driven by a firm, punchy beat and sharp rhythmic detailing built for peak-time focus, while B2 closes with rising string layers over a dub framework, balancing warmth and precision in a clean, measured finish.

With releases on Jerome Sydenham’s Ibadan Records and upcoming collaborations including Cuddling Monsters with Laura Merino Allue and a joint project with Thomas Grun for Rhythm Trax Austria, ZentaSkai’s work sits comfortably between minimal experimentation and functional dancefloor design. Supported by artists such as Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, Marcel Dettmann, Luke Slater, Laurent Garnier, and DVS1, he maintains a consistent presence within the underground without chasing trends.

The third volume of 39th Dimension pulls artists from across the world toward the same coordinates, parallel universes of prog house and trance collapsing into a single point, each track a different plane that somehow orbits the same core. A lot of different hands folding into one multiverse that feels like it was always meant to exist.

Ryugu releases its second Various Artists compilation, following our very first release last year ! For this new edition, we wanted to push the label’s identity further with a more club-oriented direction, while keeping the Ryugu balance between mental and solar tracks, exploring progressive house, progressive trance and trance.

Copenhagen native Wille makes his Tartelet debut with Progressive Balearic, a new EP shaped by the heady rhythms of early progressive house and freewheeling spirit of Balearic culture. Copenhagen born and bred, and a familiar face in the local scene, it was almost inevitable for Wille to end up on Tartelet.

“I’d been searching for that summer record all winter,” says Tartelet head Emil. “Wille sends me these tracks out of the blue. I nearly choked on my coffee and croissant and panic-called him 15 minutes later. Anyone who’s ever sent me a demo knows this is highly unusual behaviour.”

The release introduces a self-coined genre concept: Progressive Balearic. Equal parts proto-progressive, open-air nostalgia and cosmic dancefloor escapism. Think perfect nights that only exist in memory, and a vague but persistent feeling that life might be better if every journey involved a ferry.

Across the EP, psychedelic patterns, emotional chord progressions and hypnotic grooves intertwine with subtle references to mysticism, cosmic exploration and the sort of conversations that only seem completely reasonable at six in the morning.

“I time warped,” Wille says. “I wanted Planetary Vision to feel like a track playing at an early morning beach party in 1998 while someone you’ve just met is telling you their life story on the dancefloor.”

The result is Progressive Balearic — a warm, emotionally charged club record that blurs the lines between memory, fantasy and dancefloor ritual. Whether the genre catches on beyond Wille remains to be seen, but for twenty minutes or so, the argument is surprisingly persuasive.
